Mr. Lakshman Samala is a strong business development professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology(IICT). He has extensive experience and a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceutical and secondary packaging materials industry. Mr. Samala possesses deep technical expertise in pharmaceutics, Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC–MS), biotechnology, life sciences, and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). His scientific background, combined with his business acumen, enables him to bridge research, innovation, and commercial strategy effectively. With his multidisciplinary experience and proven leadership in business development, Mr. Samala contributes significantly to driving strategic growth, fostering innovation, and strengthening the Company’s market presence.
GNANA PRAKASH GATTU
Director
Mr. Gattu Gnana Prakash is the Whole-Time Director of the Company, providing strategic leadership and overseeing the overall management to drive sustainable growth. An alumnus of IIT Chennai, he holds an M.Tech. in Industrial Management and a B.E. in Industrial & Production Engineering from Bangalore University. His distinguished career spans over three decades, marked by a unique synthesis of technical depth and entrepreneurial acumen. Mr. Prakash’s professional journey began on the shop floor of Tata Steel (1988), Jamshedpur, where he honed his operational and management skills. He later channelled this expertise into successful entrepreneurial ventures, foundingand leading diverse organizations in the education, real estate, finance and healthcare sectors. He has previously served as a director on the boards of Mahaan Finance Ltd., Mahaan Estates Ltd. and Nizamabad Institute of Information & Technology (P) Ltd. His leadership philosophy is built on a foundation of operational excellence, a passion for innovation, and a longterm commitment to creating enduring value for all stakeholders
VENKATESHWARLU PULLURU

Over the years, he has gained comprehensive exposure to various aspects of business management, operations, and strategic planning within the sector. He has been actively associated with Novelix Pharmaceuticals Limited
(formerly Trimurthi Limited) and has played a significant role in strengthening the company’s operational efficiency, governance framework, and overall business development. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of industry dynamics have contributed to the company’s growth and transformation initiatives. As the Whole-Time Director of Novelix Pharmaceuticals Limited, Mr. Pulluru is responsible for overseeing key operational, financial, and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision. His leadership, combined with his pragmatic business outlook, continues to drive the company toward sustainable expansion and enhanced stakeholder value.
JANARDHAN DAS KABRA

Mr. Janardhan Das Kabra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate management, governance, and strategic oversight. He has been associated with Novelix Pharmaceuticals Limited as an Independent Director, contributing significantly to the Company’s governance framework and boardlevel decision-making. Mr. Kabra serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and is also a member of other key committees of the Board. In these roles, he provides valuable direction in matters relating to financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and organizational development. JIVAMOHAN DIVAKAR VALLURI

Mr. Jivamohan Divakar Valluri holds a Master’s Degree in English Literature from the Central University of Hyderabad. He began his career in academia, serving from 1981 to 1986 as Lecturer and Head of the Department (English) at the prestigious Andhra Pradesh Residential College, Nagarjuna Sagar. Transitioning to journalism in 1986, he has since held several distinguished positions in leading national dailies, including Indian Express, Deccan Chronicle, Times of India, News Time, and AP Times, serving in roles ranging from Staff Reporter to Special Correspondent. Presently, Mr. Valluri serves as Editor of Metro India, an English daily published from Hyderabad and Amaravati. He also holds the position of Editor (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States) for the Free Press Journal, a leading English daily headquartered in Mumbai. Beyond his editorial responsibilities, Mr. Valluri has actively contributed to the field of journalism through his leadership roles in professional bodies such as the Indian Journalists’ Union and the Indian Federation of Working Journalists, where he held several senior and significant positions. He has also served as an Independent Director for The Intercontinental Group of Companies, bringing his extensive experience, leadership, and communication expertise to the corporate domain.
MAYURI BAIDYA

Ms. Mayuri Baidya is a Post Graduate in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan. She is currently pursuing the Company Secretary course, reflecting her commitment to enhancing her knowledge in corporate laws, governance, and compliance management. She possesses valuable experience in the fields of accounting, finance, and business development. Over the years, she has gained practical exposure to financial planning, budgeting, and management of accounting operations, along with active involvement in strategic and business development initiatives. Her
